The event is free for Summit County residents. Others (over 18) pay just $10 for a weekend pass. Children 6-18 pay $5 and youth 5 and under are free.
This is the 44th Annual Park City Kimball Arts Festival and it benefits the Kimball Art Center. The world-class resort community has actively created one of the largest arts festivals in the West. Here you’ll have the opportunity to visit 220 artist exhibits. Food is art in this vacation hotspot and multiple restaurants are participating in Taste of Art throughout the event. The 2012 Best of Show artists will be at the intersection of Heber Avenue and Main Street showcasing their work.
If you own a Park City condo, vacation home or single family home you’ll be glad to know the proceeds from this event support art education, exhibitions and events at the Kimball Art Center throughout the year. Lives in this mountain retreat are significantly enriched by the fine arts shared in so many creative ways. Every amenity here really does contribute to the economy by attracting visitors and promoting the community. Yes, that most certainly can impact the value of your Park City property.
This year participants can even experience Art in Movement through a free Yoga Fest at the Sky Roof Lodge at 9 a.m.
Be sure to check out the kids’ area activities including a ceramic demonstration, a scavenger hunt, face painting and hands-on art projects.
