Looking for the perfect luxury vacation place? Once you visit Park City, Utah you will want to come back again and again. Why not buy a Park City vacation home and save big compared to the cost of the country’s most expensive luxury ski hotel located at this lauded mountain resort?

Don’t get me wrong, we’re oh so proud to have the St. Regis Deer Valley located right here in Utah. The exclusive hotel topped the charts for the priciest vacation stay in a survey conducted by

An ETN Global Travel Industry News article published online said, “the survey compared all luxury hotels located inside ski resorts based on their rates for a standard double room. As a result, the stated dollar figures represent the minimum amount guests will have to pay to stay at each respective hotel.”

So just how much will it cost to make St. Regis Dear Valley Resort your own Park City home for one night? Expect to pay an average of $1,243 says the online article titled, “Park City boasts the most expensive luxury ski hotel in the USA.”

While the Park City hotel does make for a pricey get-a-way, there are two hotels in the world that cost more:

  • Suites de La Potiniere, located in the French Alps ($1,878 for a standard double room)
  • Aurelio Lech, located in Western Austria’s Lech am Arlberg ($2001 for a standard double room)
